Commissioned for Nokia Arena by the City of Tampere
The first screen of the piece shows Kiira Korpi's figure skating outfit. The outfit is put on a mannequin, and it slowly spins around. On the second screen, the outfit maker places the pieces of the outfit on a table.
The work is a tribute to the work that is hidden behind every performance, like the ones at Nokia Arena. This work includes both the work of the performer and the work of countless others who make the performance possible - e.g. the work of seamstresses, performance arena builders and ticket sellers.
